The is moderator is Heidi Illingworth. The event is hosted by the Canadian Resource Centre for Victims of Crime with funding from Public Safety Canada. The panel discusses issues around corrections policy for one hour and then takes questions from the audience for an hour.

The Canadian Resource Centre for Victims of Crime offers support, research and education to survivors and stakeholders.
